As of today, we have our own manufacturing facilities in various weaving areas of India, allowing us to offer a diverse range of Hand Woven, Tufted & Knotted carpets and rugs. We are fully equipped to handle large-scale orders with complete efficiency.

In addition to our standard carpets and rugs program, we specialize in custom carpets and rugs, where we keep yarn stocks to turn around orders in 30-45 days. Furthermore, we cater to major residential and commercial projects with our broadloom rolls, where we have extra wide looms to produce rolls in a width of 16 feet supported by an online drying chamber that can dry three rolls at the same time for a maximum length of 75 feet.

HAND KNOTTED RUGS

This is the most ancient weaving technique for creating hand knotted carpets. A knotted-pile carpet which has raised surfaces or piles formed by the cutoff ends of knots are woven between the warp and weft.

HAND TUFTED RUGS

The tufting is similar to traditional rug-making methods, but instead of using a loom, the design is created by hand. It’s a type of textile weaving, in which a thread (wool) is inserted on a primary base using a hand tool called a tufting gun. This gun penetrates the stretched base fabric, forming a pile and the height of which is determined by the feeder. This process is repeated until the design is complete.

HANDLOOM RUGS

Handloom (Pitloom) carpet weaving is a timeless craft. Weaving pitloom rugs and carpets is accomplished by intersecting the longitudinal threads, the warp, with the transverse threads, the weft, i.e., "that which is woven."

This technique is primarily used to create textures and can produce both thin and chunky pitloom carpets and rugs
